As an Outdoor Asset Manager, you won’t just be managing landscaping—you’ll be managing relationships, expectations, and the curb appeal of entire communities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the key liaison between Terry’s Landscape and your portfolio of communities
  • Ensure service excellence through site walks, quality control, and proactive issue resolution
  • Coordinate with field teams to deliver timely enhancements and maintenance work
  • Build long-term trust with clients through transparency, communication, and accountability
  • Identify areas for improvement and upsell value-added services to enhance each property
  • Contribute to community beautification projects and sustainability efforts
